BaBaYang is preparing a direct-to-consumer storefront for U.S. customers. This policy explains what information may be handled on this site while direct checkout is in setup.
Information we collect
This site may collect basic technical information that browsers normally send, such as page requests, device type, browser type, and general performance data. Cart information may be stored in cookies so the site can remember the items you add.
If you enter contact or shipping details on the checkout-status page, that information is currently stored in your browser's local storage so the flow can continue to the payment-status screen. BaBaYang is not collecting card numbers or processing direct payments on this site at this stage.
If you register for launch updates, BaBaYang collects your email address, consent status, registration page path, timestamp, and basic technical metadata such as browser user agent, referrer, and IP address. This information is used to send direct checkout availability and launch pricing updates.
Amazon purchases
When you click Buy on Amazon, you leave BaBaYang and complete the purchase on Amazon. Amazon's privacy policy, checkout process, delivery terms, and customer service policies apply to orders placed there.
How information is used
Information may be used to keep the storefront working, remember cart state, review checkout-status behavior, improve product pages, respond to customer messages, and prepare future direct checkout support.
Payment information
BaBaYang does not ask for or store credit card information on this site while direct checkout is pending. When direct payment is enabled in the future, payment information should be handled by an approved payment provider rather than being stored directly by the storefront.
Hosting and service providers
The site is hosted on Vercel and may later be routed through Cloudflare for DNS, SSL, caching, and proxy protection. These providers may process technical data needed to operate and secure the website.
