These terms apply to your use of the BaBaYang website.

Current checkout status

BaBaYang direct checkout is in setup. The site may show a checkout-status flow for contact and shipping details, but it does not currently collect card information or process direct payment.

Buying on Amazon

Product pages may include a Buy on Amazon button. If you click that button, you leave BaBaYang and complete the order on Amazon. Amazon pricing, availability, shipping, returns, taxes, customer service, and payment terms apply to any order placed on Amazon.

Launch registration

The launch registration form lets customers request email updates about BaBaYang direct checkout availability and planned launch pricing. Registration is not a purchase, preorder, payment authorization, coupon issuance, or guarantee of checkout availability. Customers who buy on Amazon before direct checkout opens should keep their Amazon order information; eligible buyers may use order details to receive the same launch pricing after direct checkout becomes available.

We aim to present clear product descriptions, images, and U.S. dollar pricing. Product details may change, and Amazon listing information may vary from what is shown on this site.

Pricing

Prices on BaBaYang are shown in U.S. dollars for U.S. customers. Until direct checkout is enabled, displayed prices should be treated as storefront reference pricing. The final purchase price for Amazon orders is the price shown during Amazon checkout.

Returns and support

Orders placed on Amazon are handled under Amazon's return and support policies. When BaBaYang direct checkout becomes available, return, refund, shipping, and support terms for direct purchases will be published before payment is accepted.

Site use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use site content in a way that violates applicable law.

Changes

BaBaYang may update these terms as the storefront, checkout process, product catalog, or policies change.
